Last Week on Inked Brownies

Indie Month Recap

Eighteen authors, eighteen books. Eighteen different stories varying from Eva Braun to the Dutch Golden Age, M15 mechanics to child molesters, teenage feminism to dream worlds, desert nomad elves to woodland fairies, flesh-eating monsters to pet monkies on a deserted island, fallen angels to Indian legends, religious cult crime to au pair nightmares, vampires to Barracuda’s with pin-up girls, and, last but not least, a deluded serial killer/rapist in the Canadian woods.

All in all, this project was a lot of fun and transported me to some of the greatest fictional places. To wrap this up nicely, here’s the complete list of all the included books, interviews, and giveaways:

The Munich Girl: A Novel by Phyllis Edgerly Ring
Interview with author Delfy Hall
Trigger Point (Gabriel Wolfe Thriller #1) by Andy Maslen
Deny Friendship (Frank Friendship Series #3) by R.G. Manse
Princeless Volume 2: Get Over Yourself by Jeremy Whitley & Emily Martin
Dreamwalking (Dream Walkers #1) by C.J. Burry
A Rose in the Desert by Louis Piechota
Fearne Fairy And The Dandelion Clocks by Sarah Hill & Sarah Mauchline (illustrator)

Give it Back by Danielle Esplin
The Story of Lucius Cane: Book One by Vanya Ferreira
Missing Mona: A Tommy Cuda Mystery by Joe Klingler
Witchyman by K.B. Hill + Giveaway

A massive thank you and good luck to all the authors who participated in this!

I’m planning an Indie Month 2.0 somewhere this fall. It will last only 4 weeks and will, hopefully, be a lot more organized and in-depth, with more interviews, guest posts, giveaways etc. Sign-ups will be open somewhere during the end of August. Thanks again everyone!
